I build bridges.
Between business and depth. Between who you are and how you lead.
I've always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface. No matter if it’s in organisations, in leadership, in the space between competence and clarity.
My career took me through international finance, talent acquisition and HR leadership across Europe. I worked in complex environments, with high expectations and little room for uncertainty. I was effective. I was also running a pattern I didn't yet understand.
The shift came not from crisis, but from honesty. I began to see that the gap between how I functioned and how I actually wanted to lead wasn't a skills problem. It was a pattern problem, and patterns live deeper than behaviour.
So I went there. I trained in systemic coaching (ECA- & QSA-certified) and trauma-informed methods (BMS School). I learned to work at the root to dissolve what drives the reactions, not just redirect them. And I brought all of that back into the world I know: professional, international, high-responsibility leadership.
What I bring to the work
A background that understands your world — not just your feelings about it. Systemic coaching methods combined with trauma-sensitive approaches. Three languages. A way of working that is structured, precise and genuinely deep, without drifting into territory that doesn't serve you.
I work individually with each client. There is no standard programme, because no two patterns are the same.
What I believe
Every person comes with something specific to contribute. When the connection to that gets lost, buried under adaptation, exhaustion or other people's expectations, it doesn't disappear. It waits.
My work is about finding that thread again. Efficiently, precisely, sustainably. It’s not about performance. It’s for the sake of a life and a leadership that actually feels like yours.
